The Vroom-Yetton Decision Making Model
—
—
The Vroom-Yetton model is designed to help you to identify the best leadership style to take in your decision making, based on the context you find yourself in. It was originally developed by Victor Vroom and Philip Yetton in their 1973 book, "Leadership and Decision Making". The idea is to answer a series of up to 7 questions, to determine whether the decision can be made autocratically, consultatively, or whether it needs to be made collaboratively.
