Welcome to the VIBE framework — a lightweight approach designed to help product teams define success, measure outcomes, and understand their impact.

This framework supports teams in analysing project goals and outcomes, while identifying the methods and research activities that can help measure progress and generate insight.

It’s especially useful during the kick-off phase of a project, enabling teams to align on what success looks like and how to plan and prioritise research and data analysis.

The framework is adaptable for both small and large projects. You can even use it before launching a new feature, or apply it retrospectively to reflect on decisions and direction.
