Value-Align-Scale-Enable (VASE) Framework

People working toward better potential futures seek to create Value, Align decisions, Scale impact, and Enable systemic change. Like a table centerpiece, VASE might be what we can gather around to relate to each other while we embrace the beauty in the challenge.

Faciltiators will use this template to:

• Generate dialogue about what we need to succeed in delivering on the mission of a service organization or for an initiative that is engaging a complex system.

• Pay attention to facets that can unlock broader, positive results... without getting overwhelmed.

• Be relational and strategic, while identifying practical action.

As of May 2024, this framework and the template materials are in Beta Format and are being shaped by a community of system thinkers, designers, and public servants.
