Learning Forest for Teams & Individuals

Report

This template is a visual journey for teams or individuals to grow their knowledge intentionally, using a forest metaphor grounded in the Shu–Ha–Ri model of learning.

Each topic starts as a seedling (Shu – just beginning), grows into a sapling (Ha – trying it out), and becomes a tree (Ri – confidently applied). From there, you may either compost ideas that no longer serve, or blossom into practices that define who you are.

🌱 It’s a gentle, reflective way to map out your learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement—visually, playfully, and meaningfully.

Ways of Working Coach/Scrum Master
Hi, I’m Margie Clark — a Ways of Working Coach, Scrum Master, and visual thinker passionate about helping people grow with intention. I created the Knowledge Forest to bring the Shu-Ha-Ri model to life in a simple, playful, and deeply human way. Whether you're coaching a team or reflecting individually, this visual tool helps you track learning, let go of what no longer serves you, and celebrate thriving practices. Let’s grow together — one seed, one tree, one blossom at a time.
