2. Guide the team through the 4Ls, themed as follows:

   • 🍹 Liked – The In-flight Experience: What went well this sprint?

   • 🧠 Learned – Travel Hacks: What new insights did we gain?

   • 😓 Lacked – Delays or Missing Luggage: What didn’t go well or was missing?

   • 🌠 Longed For – Dream Upgrade: What do we wish we had?

3. Vote on key stickies using stamps, emojis, or dot voting.

4. Use the Boarding Pass-style action area to agree on 2–3 clear follow-ups. These are your team’s next “flight paths.”
